Meet Jen Soderlind: This Woman Warrior is Empowering the Next Generation

Today's Woman Warrior nomination goes to Jen Soderlind. When asked what it means to be a Woman Warrior, Jen responded, "It is someone who inspires the next generation. I help them understand what it means to balance life and service, prepare them to be leaders of character, and train them for the challenges they will face ahead. I gave each of my female ROTC cadets a Woman Warrior bracelet to remind them that no matter how many miles separate them from their fellow sisters-in-arms, their families, and the familiarities they associate with “home,” they are never alone. Even from afar, they are empowered and strong, by their fellow women warriors, and from within. I believe in them. I believe in all of us."
