Stella Valle has engaged Zindigo, Inc. to administer this site and provide back-end e-commerce services under contract.
Both Stella Valle and Zindigo, Inc (“Zindigo”, “we”, “us”, or “the company”) want your experience with us to be enjoyable and safe. With this in mind, Zindigo has systems in place to securely manage your personal information and data. We take our responsibility of protecting your personal information seriously and have created this Policy to help you understand the types of information we collect and your rights to and our responsibilities in safeguarding it.
This Privacy Policy applies to any and all portions of the Zindigo website, Zindigo Boutique and any Stella Valle sites, to include sites embedded in social media platforms, displaying the “Empowered by Zindigo” logo (collectively, “Zindigo Websites”.) Also described are the choices available to you regarding the use of your personal information and the steps you can take to update your information for accuracy. Although registration is not required to browse Zindigo Boutique and/or Stella Valle Stores, it is required to become a Zindigo Boutique and/or Stella Valle Store Ambassador. Zindigo respects the privacy of our Ambassadors, customers and those who visit our websites and this Privacy Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Use.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, under certain conditions disclose your personal information and the steps we have taken to secure your personal information.
This Privacy Policy also explains your options regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information. This privacy policy applies to the Zindigo Websites and does not necessarily apply to any offline collection of your personal information.
COLLECTION AND USE OF INFORMATION
We do not require any personal information to browse our Websites. All information disclosed by you is on a voluntary basis. If you decide to provide us with your personal information, you should know that we may store all personal information that you provide to us through whatever medium you provide such information (through our Websites, Ambassadors, via email or facsimile, etc.). Examples of personal information include but are not limited to, your name, physical and/or email address, and phone number. In addition to your contact information, we may collect your personal tax id, birthday, gender, occupation, and any other information required for you to become an Ambassador.

Cookies do not contain any personal information unless you specifically supply that information. We use cookies to collect, store and sometimes tack information for statistical purposes to improve the services we provide. If you are an Ambassador, we will use a cookie to save your settings and to provide customizable and personalized services. Cookies also enable you to select products, place them in your shopping cart and to purchase the items. If you do this, we keep a record of your browsing activity and purchase. These cookies DO NOT enable third parties to access any of your personal information. You have the ability to set your browser to refuse cookies from websites or to remove cookies from your hard drive. If you choose to do this, you will not be able to access or use sections of the Websites.

AMBASSADOR PERSONAL INFORMATION
To become a Zindigo or Stella Valle Ambassador, you must provide us with your personal information through completing and digitally signing an on-line Ambassador Agreement. When you register to become a Zindigo and/or Stella Valle Store Ambassador, we collect and retain the following:

We respect the privacy of children. We do not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any personal information to us. You should rely on a parent or guardian to guide your online activity.
INFORMATION USE AND DISCLOSURES
Internal Use
Zindigo will use the personal information disclosed on the customer order form or entered into the Website to process and complete the customer’s order, including shipping and billing. In addition, a customer’s name, mailing address, email address and telephone number may be used for the following limited purposes:

If you ask us to remove your name and address from our promotional lists, we will maintain your name in a “do not contact” file to ensure that we can honor your request. It may take up to 10 days to process your email request and 6-9 weeks to process your postal mail request, during which period you may continue to receive communications from Zindigo and our Brand partners.
If you change your mind, you can start receiving promotional communications from us again by signing up when you visit our websites, when you enter a sweepstakes or contest, or by contacting us.

Zindigo may, from time to time, publish an Ambassador’s personal information (name, photo, sales results and achievements) to recognize the Ambassador for their achievements and help motivate other Ambassadors.
Administrative
Zindigo reserves the right to use personal information for administrative purposes. When an individual completes and digitally signs the Ambassador Agreement, the individual consents to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes set out above, including the calculation and processing of commissions, unless Zindigo is otherwise notified. When your Ambassador application is accepted by Zindigo, the personal information disclosed on the application, will be used solely within the context of our business relationship with you. Upon the termination of the relationship between Zindigo and the Ambassador, Zindigo will only keep the Ambassador’s personal information for lawful purposes.
External Use
Our goal is to provide you with wonderful service and make your Zindigo experience as easy as possible. To this end, we share nonpublic personal information and non-personally identifiable information with third parties that perform services on our behalf for your benefit. These third parties must abide by this Policy to keep nonpublic information confidential and use it only for its intended purpose. Zindigo and its operational service partners collect and use your personal information to process product orders and deliver the products requested. It is possible that Zindigo may also use personal information to inform you of other products or services available from Zindigo and its affiliates. Zindigo may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.
Zindigo does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. Zindigo may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your personal information (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is not transferred to the third party.

SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Zindigo is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For example, we store the personal information you provide on computer systems with limited access and located in controlled facilities. When we transmit highly confidential information (such as a credit card number) over the Internet, we protect it through THAWTE SERVER CA under the certificate of zindigo.com.
Please note that email is not encrypted and is not considered a secure means of transmitting credit card numbers or other sensitive information. Zindigo will NEVER ask for sensitive information via email.
CHOICE
You may review, correct, or delete your personal information through our website. If you have registered with us, you will be able to view and modify any information contained in your personal profile. However, for security purposes, you must contact Zindigo directly to change your tax id number. You may also contact us to remove any personal information from our database.
