Inspiration for the Simply Complex collection came from Ashley and Paige’s drive to be women with multiple dimensions. While the term “a complex woman” is often derogatory when spoken by man, the sisters’ perspective is that Simply Complex women have the power to change the world. Just like the title, these women are oxymorons in almost every sense of the term-- tough but sensitive, feminine yet masculine, extroverted but contemplative, adventurist yet calculated, and the list goes on. However, her ability to perfectly balance these diametrically opposing mantras allows her to adapt and thrive in any situation. For us, a Simply Complex woman finds joy in being a woman of diversity. She is educated, well-traveled, and knows that seeking many different experiences will make her well rounded and more in tune with the world around her. She finds pleasure in shocking people by what she’s done with her life and her success. One dimensional women are boring- and we don’t care to be that! The prominent pieces in the collection are shaped into a woman’s face, with only the lips filled of the sweetest pink paved crystals. Half of the girl’s face shines gold while the other half reflects silver, reminding the wearer that being multi-dimensional is beautiful. Some of the other pieces have strikingly mismatched proportions. Like a Simply Complex woman, it might appear odd at first glance, but when you try it on, it’s so gorgeous you can barely take your eyes off of it!
